Mel was an outgoing type of women. She was a happy go lucky woman and was likable amongst her friends. She was brought up from a nice big family. Every month they would have a family gathering and she loved to play with her little nephews and nieces. Sometimes, she wished that she had a child of herself, but her boyfriend, Matt, did not seem want to commit anything yet. They have been dating for more than five years and that was the longest relationship in her history of dating.

So, when there were family gatherings, he would get to know her family and they have accepted him as part of them. He has also brought Mel to see his family once in every year. One day, his mother suddenly talked to him that he should get marry before Mel ran away with another guy. She advised him that sometimes a woman could not wait too long and he thought that her mother could be right. He realized that Mel has hinted him a few times before about how she loved kids, but he pretended not to understand what she meant.

Mel was not going to force Matt into committing something he was not fully prepared yet. A successful marriage was not something that based on a stroke of luck, but she wanted both of them to be ready. She would not run away with another guy like Matt's mother said. She wouldnot go out dating with some random men. She was totally in love and devoted to Matt. She knew that someday he would ask her to become his bride. When the day has finally come, the proposal was the special thing that has happened to her. He proposed her when they were on a plane and she was so happy that she could feel she was really flying.
